Overview

Administration and implementation of corporate accounts, track corporate activity, and analyze, communicate and administer sales pricing, policies, programs and procedures for corporate accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and archive Usage Reports for individual accounts as necessary.
  • Work with Mitchell 1 Finance and Order Processing to create and maintain the necessary Mitchell 1 business systems (CIS) inputs and outputs related to billing of individual accounts.
  • Generate and deliver (or facilitate delivery of) invoices for new and renewing accounts specified in Billing overview excel sheet. Work with individual accounts’ invoicing systems (e.g. Ariba, Coupa, CorCentric) when necessary.
  • Monitor the “Significant Balance Report” for accounts in need of additional collections attention directly from the Corporate Accounts Administrator, and administer the extra collections attention when necessary. Coordinate these efforts with Mitchell 1’s collections department.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with external account contacts.
  • Maintain the archive of Corporate Accounts contract documents in both electronic and physical format.
  • Maintain the “Corp Account Billing overview” Excel document.
  • Maintain the Corporate Accounts calendar.
  • Work independently and with other Corporate Accounts team members to continuously improve communications skills and efficiencies.

  • Participate with management or act independently in conversations with existing or prospective clients regarding client needs and Mitchell1 products and services

Qualifications

  • College Degree or equivalent business experience required.
  • 5 years experience in administrative/clerical position.
  • 5 years experience with personal computer systems, specifically a word processing package (Word), a spreadsheet package (Excel), and a presentation package (PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to interface with all levels of personnel.
  • Customer Service experience with Corporate clients preferred.
