Position Summary: Conduct phone audits of customer accounts within open and “at-risk” routes to validate compliance of qualified transactions and contract conditions while verifying account/customer information. Complete compliance tasks requiring independent judgment in a high volume and fast-paced environment. Dedicated to the monitoring of verifiable data within the customer portfolio and providing service in a quality manner for credit reporting purposes.
