To assemble quality products in a safe, cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities
Support Electronic Production of all Products produced in Conway MFG Operations
Complete planned build schedules as required.
Assist in setup of test fixtures as needed.
Interface with engineering on issues as needed.
Perform repairs on end test equipment as directed including mechanical and electronic rebuilds.
Support General aspects of the Assembly Operation including Troubleshooting electronic issues.
Actively participate in RCI events
Follow Company Policies and procedures.
Know how to Assemble/Repair computers.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Associate degree om Electronics Engineering or Equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with/and ability to read and interpret written and graphical instructions such as manuals. Schematics, writing, diagrams, or other meaningful technical reference Materials
Good Mechanical Aptitude
Strong computer skills
Excellent interpersonal skills in a team environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize and manage time effectively.
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
2 years’ experience troubleshooting digital and analog electronic equipment and products is a plus.
