We’re looking for a Regional Sales Engineer with strong communication skills and technical experience—ideally in torque tools, PLC integration, or industrial automation—who can bridge the gap between customer needs and engineered solutions.


What You’ll Do:

Drive sales growth and technical adoption across TX, OK, AR, and LA
Lead product demonstrations and onsite evaluations with manufacturing and assembly customers
Support both end users and authorized resellers, delivering technical guidance and training
Provide application support, troubleshoot technical issues, and design solutions
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to support strategic accounts
Build new customer relationships and strengthen existing ones through consultative engagement

What You Bring:

5+ years in technical sales, applications engineering, or solutions support in a mechanical/electromechanical setting
Strong technical foundation—familiarity with torque systems, PLCs, sensors, or automation equipment
Experience working with both end users and resellers (reseller experience is a plus)
Proficiency with CRM and remote tools (HubSpot, NetSuite, Zoom, Microsoft Office)
Bachelor's in Engineering, Industrial Tech, or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel 40–50% within the region
