Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is to promote and market promotional sales programs to Franchisees in assigned regions thru weekly sales campaigns via telephone.  Position will be responsible for working with Regional Sales Managers to develop, implement and manage sales strategies aligned with regional sales objectives maximizing incremental sales opportunities.

  • Identify key products and promotional offerings for weekly sales campaigns using SOLO
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing for weekly campaigns
  • Provide targeted sales support/follow-up for regional sales meetings
  • Provide detailed campaign sales summary reports
  • Maintain promotional product wants list for Franchisees
  • Achieve regional contact rates of 75% monthly
  • Maintain an average of 75 calls daily
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • All other tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

Experience/Education:

 

Minimum of 3 years sales experience required.  Associates' or bachelor's degree strongly preferred along with a strong work ethic and familiarity with sales processes.  Successful candidates will have prior experience with proven success achieving goals and key metrics in customer service or other inside or outside sales roles
