Join Our Field-Based Sales Team as a Regional Administrative Assistant at our Northwest Regional Sales Office located in Portland, OR.
This position is an in-person position.
As a Regional Administrative Assistant you will provide confidential administrative support to the regional manager and limited support to their management staff. The ideal candidate will work in conjunction with regional manager on individual and confidential projects and represent the Company in a professional manner.

What You Bring to the Team:
- Minimum of five years progressively responsible experience as an administrative assistant. Associates degree preferred.
- Sound understanding of organizational policies and practices.
- Excellent skills in prioritizing work. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information and operate independently.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, organizational and computer skills.
- High level of computer literacy including strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to schedule appointments, travel, conference calls and meetings using various methods.
- Customer service skills are essential.
Key Tasks:
- Prepare correspondence, memos and reports, and complete special projects as requested. Represent company professionally with internal and external contacts.
- Screen mail, phone calls and visitors. Resolve routine and complex inquiries independently.
- Schedule and coordinate arrangements for regional seminars, workshops and other special meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, interviews, meetings, and conference calls, and prepare travel itineraries.
- Provide FPT support regarding sales planning and tracking; payroll; vacation and floating holiday's; Performance Commitment; and OSHA reporting.
- Coordinate and assist with franchisee and associate start-ups and terminations.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for staff and for senior management.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and correspondence.
Administer regional sales contests which includes:
- Serving as contact person for regional sales force regarding rules, results, etc.
- Developing, preparing and analyzing statistical reports.
- Contacting ESCO, or other prize provider, regarding results, winner information, award orders, etc.
Provides a wide range of statistical preparation including, but not limited to:
- Budget preparation
- Sales forecasts
- Expense reporting
- Truck alarms
- Van count
- Accident reporting

Salary Range: $52,000-85,000 base pay. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
