The Snap-on Diagnostics Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Intern for the summer. This position is in-person and on-site at the Snap-on Diagnostics Facility in Lincolnshire, IL. The Marketing intern will help support the Marketing team with binder preparation and events, make outgoing phone calls, documentation preparation, website maintenance, social media, community event support, proofreading, data entry, and general office administration. • Assist with outgoing calls, document preparation, and other event-prep materials for on-going activities and events. • Social media and website assistance • Various desk research • Office support of corporate marketing team, including document retention, data entry, photocopy, and print assistance. • Proofreading, transcribing, and auditing. • Complete other tasks and projects as needed. Education & Work Experience: • Must be currently in college (sophomore and above preferred) • Interest in Events, PR/Communications, Digital Marketing • Excellent computer skills • Microsoft Office specifically experience with excel • Social media knowledge and understanding • Strong oral and written communication skills Preferred Experience: • Excel • Social media Individual Competencies: • Attention to Detail • Self-motivation • Organization • Communications Work Environment: • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods. •  Ability to perform multiple tasks with numerous interruptions.
