Overview

Location: Kenosha, WI

Monday thru Friday in office

Start time: Between 7:30am-8:30am (8-hour day). 

 

This role aids multiple program managers with normal program management functions. Duties may include processing orders, managing distributions, managing inventory, billing customers, generating quotes, and offering international shipping ability. All functions are critical for driving growth, improving root/cause/corrective processes and operational excellence initiatives. This role will require the individual to help lead and to facilitate management of the program initiatives assigned. Aid in monitoring (qualitatively and quantitatively) and reporting on the performance of implemented activities.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Process customer invoicing, credits and rebilling, as necessary.
  • Aid with the viability, functionality, and effectiveness of essential tools, specialty tools, equipment, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) dealer’s distributions and programs, warranty, and more.
  • Provide customer quotes – Domestic and International.
  • Enter orders – Domestic and International.
  • Coordinate ship dates with vendors.
  • Work closely with procurement and distribution for inventory management and reorder points for proper levels.
  • Maintain Backorder Status report and Hold Sales Invoice report.
  • Interface between other departments (Marketing, warehouse, product management, sales, procurement, distribution, operations, finance).
  • Recognize and resolve process conflicts when possible and escalate key issues requiring decisions or approval as they occur.  Troubleshoot issues with orders, invoices, inventory, and more.
  • Track sales dollars and margins in Excel when applicable.
  • Aid in RCI efforts towards the improvement of programs assigned.
  • Help in monitoring customer concerns, implementation of corrective and preventive actions for quality related issues.
  • Report project status for the OEMs and Account Management.
  • Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for assigned work. 

Qualifications

 

  • Experience with the Exportation Process and Documentation, Excel, Word, and Outlook necessary. Knowledge using LN (ERP), Power Point and WebEx Software a plus.
  • Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors, customers, and company contacts.
  • 5-7 years relevant work experience.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Strong consultative, communication, and management skills required.
  • Ability to work effectively with various departments and management.
  • Ability to direct and manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • In-depth knowledge of the company’s procedures and objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Accuracy and quality.
  • Understanding of program management, operations, distribution, delivery performance and quality management system
  • Understanding of root cause analysis, lean tools, procurement, and supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley.
