Challenger Lifts, Inc. a division of Snap-on is seeking a candidate that is able to operate a forklift and respond quickly in a fast paced Industrial production environment.  This candidate must be able to pull orders, load trucks and stage.  Challenger manufactures heavy steel industrial automotive lifts. The schedule is 630am to 300pm Monday to Friday. It starts at $20.19/hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Load trucks and unload trucks.

• Stage trucks.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner all day, every day in a fast paced industrial production environment.

• Ability to operate Power Industrial Equipment all day, every day.

• Ability to work with heavy steel industrial equipment.

• 6S.

• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
• High School diploma or GED

• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings

• Warehouse experience

• Great attendance record

• Must wear steel toes shoes

• Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and effective manner

• Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges and be a self starter

• Able to work overtime as needed and some Saturdays

• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours daily

• Must be able to work as a team player
