JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Work for Corporate IT and focus on delivering custom application solutions for a variety of business disciplines. These custom applications are deployed globally and include e-commerce websites, punchout and cXML integrations, mobile applications, manufacturing efficiency solutions, point of sale systems, custom CRM applications, and general business automation strategies and solutions.
  2. Be a self-starter with a drive to learn and is passionate about new technologies and leveraging them to add value.
  3. Perform business requirements analysis for new or existing systems.
  4. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement.
  5. Effectively extract functional requirements from cross-functional teams and management.
  6. Document requirements and analysis findings in functional specifications for development.
  7. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  8. Perform user acceptance testing.
  9. Update, implement, and maintain SOPs and procedures.
  10. Assist in providing support to an existing suite of applications. 

 MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Requires a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Analytics or a directly related field of study, plus the following experience:
    1. 1 year of experience writing technical specifications to improve processes.
    2. 1 year of combined experience to include each of the following: providing functional requirements to development teams, creating standard operating procedures, and documenting process flows.
    3. 1 year of experience completing required tasks in a timely manner, including handling tight deadlines.
    4. 1 year of experience in SQL.
    5. 1 year of experience in system integration solutions.
  • Experience may be gained concurrently.
  • Requires up to 10% international and domestic travel to other company worksite locations.
