Snap-on is looking to hire a full time Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in the Repair Systems & Information division, located within Snap-on's Corporate offices at 2801 80th Street, Kenosha, Wisconsin.
This Executive Assistant role provides a wide range of administrative support, primarily for the Senior Vice President & President for Snap-on's Repair Systems & Information business unit. This role also supports two additional Management Team members, all of whom are located at the Kenosha headquarters. This administrative support includes: telephone and email management, travel arrangements, managing calendars and scheduling/preparing for meetings.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Demonstrated organizational & administrative experience, preferred 10+ years in an Executive Administrative Support position
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced proficiency in email, calendar and telephone executive management/Microsoft Office Suite/video conferencing/business technology support
- Organizational skills
- Very limited travel required
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced, diversified and highly confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and practices
- Managing extremely active calendars for the SVP&P and MT; monitoring, composing, and responding to correspondence; arranging agendas; managing scheduling; calendaring meetings as requested, often including international participants
- Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Consult with the SVP&P and the MT in determining appropriate course of action, referral, or response
- Answer, screen and direct calls to appropriate Executives and other parties for the SVP&P
- Planning and preparation for events and meetings. Duties include, but are not limited to: scheduling, menu planning, sourcing supplies, preparing conference rooms and meeting space
- Administer, manage, assemble and process recurring reporting/programs on behalf of the SVP&P and MT
- Communicate directly, and on behalf of the SVP&P and the MT, on matters related to the organization’s initiatives and activities
- Manage domestic and international travel: present air/ground travel options in a clear and actionable manner, assist with travel scheduling/documents, arrange passport renewals/visas, maintain a current view of travel restrictions/procedures, monitor and adjust during times of travel interruptions/weather/change of plans
- Create and maintain relationships in the Corporate office
- Five day per week in-person 8am-5pm coverage with infrequent remote or in-person work outside of normal business hours
- Complete other duties as assigned
