Overview

RECEIVING COORDINATOR FOR THE WAREHOUSE, FIRST SHIFT (Mon-Fri. 5 AM + over time - 1:30 PM - $21.50 AN HOUR

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Must be dependable and detail-oriented.  Receiving Coordinator will support the materials and operations team. This role is responsible for managing the flow of incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic knowledge of inventory systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments and materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using internal systems of inventory software
  • Perform inventory cycle counts, as needed, and resolve any discrepancies
  • Labeling and invoicing products as needed
  • Operate moving equipment such as wrapper, pallet jack & forklift
  • Interact with various departments

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be a team player and able to make decisions.  The additional requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

  • High school diploma or equivalent on the job experience
  • Basic math skills required
  • Minimum 1 year in stockroom or Shipping/receiving operations in warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems. Example, RF Scanner, LN & Material Requisition Planner (MRP) strongly preferred.
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail
  • Beginning Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Must know beginning excel and Microsoft office to include email, teams and beginning Excel.
  • Forklift certified
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods of time.
