Responsibilities

Position Summary: Leads digital marketing efforts that support Snap-on Franchisees by delivering engaging content, fostering community interaction, and maintaining consistent communication across digital platforms. Leads public relations initiatives for the Snap-on Tools Marketing group, including media placements, award submissions, and advertising strategies that enhance the brand’s visibility and reputation.

 

Key Tasks:

  • Manage Franchisee Web Portal by updating, organizing, and designing content.
  • Manage Snap-on’s private Franchisee Facebook group by creating and sharing content, responding to posts, monitoring content, and fostering a supportive online community.
  • Develop and execute all email communications, including graphics creation, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Create and distribute Award Recognition Posters and associated documentation.
  • Design and distribute surveys to gather actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and improve support.
  • Lead product placement efforts in entertainment media (TV shows, movies) to increase brand exposure.
  • Strategize, design, and manage advertisements to promote key products and initiatives.
  • Develop and submit entries for industry awards and recognitions to elevate Snap-on’s products and brand.
  • Support communications for select groups of Franchisees, including newsletter creation, election coordination, and member engagement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or public relations.
  • Experience in digital marketing, ideally in environments that support distributed teams or franchise networks.
  • Titan CMS experience preferred.
  • Experience with Mailchimp, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, tailoring messages so they are easy to understand and quickly actionable by diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Preferred experience with public relations strategies, including media outreach, placements, and award submissions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities and solving problems.
