Challenger Lifts, Inc. a division of Snap-on is seeking a candidate that can perform necessary inventory control tasks as required and provide support to the Production Inventory Control Supervisor. Starts out at $20.19/hr and attendance incentive. Hours are 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.

• Cycle count material daily
• Work collaboratively with other cycle count associates to complete each list of items.
• Place material in designated area.
• Make recommendations to improve inventory efficiencies.
• Demonstrate the ability to follow safety rules, keep clean and organized work area.

• Minimum High school diploma or GED.
• Good and punctual attendance record.
• Full knowledge of standard practices in inventory control, and cycle counting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Perform other related material tasks.
• Possess good working knowledge of all Material Control Functions.
• Experience with Excel, databases and written processes.
• Must be able to demonstrate initiative.
• Must possess good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Qualified to operate fork truck, material handling equipment and packaging machines.

• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which includes; Hi-Vis Vest, Steel Toe Shoes, Safety Glasses or Prescription Safety Glasses (If Applicable), Gloves (If Applicable), and Ear Plugs (If Applicable).
• Must adhere to safety guidelines
