Position Summary: Responsible for overall call completion within territory. Also responsible for assisting in problem solving, equipment installation and repair.
Repair, maintain and install equipment in assigned territory. Follow clearly established standards for repair protocol, response times prioritization and customer communications.
Assists Associate FST and FST employees with complex customer problems.
Responsible for call completion and closure for all customers in assigned area.
Resolves customer problems and ensures customer satisfaction.
Sells contracts, updates/upgrades and parts in assigned territory.
Calls on customer prior to warranty or contract termination date.
Makes cold calls to pursue the sale of service contracts.
Schedules regular site visits with customers.
Assists with collection of outstanding receivables.
Administrative duties as required.
Associates Degree in a technical field, military training or equivalent with 5-10 years of experience.
Basic knowledge of pneumatics.
Basic knowledge of automotive operations.
In depth knowledge of all products serviced by Snap-on Equipment, which includes extensive or specialized knowledge in at least one product area.
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in an environment where frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting and fine manipulation are required.
Strong communication skills.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
