This Account Manager position professionally promotes and sells Bahco branded and non-branded product to the green industries, landscaping, tree service, vineyards and orchards. Provides superior customer service and support. Develops and maintains contacts and professional relationships within assigned territory accounts to leverage Bahco’s position and capitalize on current and emerging customer needs. This territory covers Southern California (e.g. Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, San Diego and Imperial County and portions of Ventura County) as well as portions of southern Nevada
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years outside selling experience. Knowledge of the agricultural, landscape or tree service industries is beneficial. A proven track record of prior goal achievement showing solid year over year increase in outside sales and in customer growth is required.
This candidate must enjoy working independently with remote supervision and must be self-motivated. This position requires strong presentation and communication skills, and a solid customer service attitude. Must be PC proficient in Microsoft Suite products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A valid driver’s license, impeccable driving record, ability to obtain adequate insurance coverage, and ability to drive a mobile showroom (16’x20’ truck) is required.
