Bachelor’s degree in I/T, Computer Science or related field
3-5 years of experience in leading projects and implementations
Requires previous experience, knowledge of finance and general business operations
Effectively communicate technical and system concepts in plain, business language, both verbally and in writing.
Strong understanding of process discipline and ability to execute as it relates to mitigating risk with business systems; SOPs, documentation, testing processes, knowledge-bases, change management, project management tools
Ability to tailor communications to different audiences. Communicates effectively and with confidence to cross-functional groups
Proficient in Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.
Proficiency in LN is a plus; including sessions and configurations unique to Industrial business operations
Understanding of pricing and item master functions for LN
Ability to document business requirements that can be converted to functional specifications for application development
Tableau skills and understanding of data requirements
Fundamental understanding of web applications, ecommerce and edi
Knowledge of supply chain operations
Ability to prioritize business requirements and communicate to IT – written and verbal
Experience understanding of software development, testing; knowledge of agile processes is a plus
Ability to created professional presentations appropriate for target audience
Comprehensive understanding of applicable business systems, processes, and industry requirements
Understands financial and operational implications of business process technologies to the customer’s current and future business environment & sets expectations accordingly
Can advise on major business processes and has thorough knowledge of inter-related operations within the company
May work at various Snap-on facilities for extended periods of time. Some overnight travel will be required.
