    Provide high level administrative support for Management Team by arranging travel and correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and assisting with Board Material mailings to ensure the group’s workflow runs smoothly and all deadlines are met.  Represent the Company in a professional manner.


    • Perform advanced, diversified and highly confidential administrative duties for Management Team requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and practices
    • Complete a broad variety of tasks including managing extremely active calendars; monitoring, composing, and responding to correspondence; arranging agendas; managing scheduling; calendaring meetings and set up catering as requested.
    • Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Management Team, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Consult with the Management Team in determining appropriate course of action, referral, or response
    • Answer and direct calls to appropriate Executives and other parties
    • Communicate directly, and on behalf of the Management Team on matters related to the organization’s initiatives and activities
    • Manage the schedules and due dates of all reports and Board Material Materials and mailings for the Human Resources Management Team
    • Assemble, review and print Board Material for quarterly mailings
    • Arrange travel and assist with travel documents, passport renewals and visas
    • Schedule and manage monthly Two-Way Communication Meetings between Senior Executives and Associates and keep pulse surveys information up-to-date
    • Create and facilitate internal communication for facility projects and campus events
    • Create and maintain relationships in the Corporate office and respond to Management Team requests for information
    • Coordinate and manage holiday events for Retirees and Associates
    • Input daily Café expenses in Excel spreadsheet
    • Prepare expense reports
    • Process and track expenses of outside consulting services

    • Excellent MS Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong writing and editing abilities
    • Travel planning experience
    • Ability to anticipate Management needs
    • The flexibility and resiliency to work well under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and quickly adapt to rapidly changing needs and priorities
    • Friendly and professional demeanor
    • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant reporting to Senior Management preferred
