Primary responsibilities will be to coordinate collections in the Subscription portfolio within the Specialty group. Position will be responsible for managing collections with customers, franchisees and field personnel. Other duties will include administering cancellations and coordinating customer service needs with franchisees and Snap-on Diagnostics. Focus will be on achievement of corporate delinquency and loss goals.
