  • Overview

    Snap-on Credit, a world class provider of innovative tool and equipment acquisition solutions to Snap-on and its customers, is seeking qualified customer service candidates for our Libertyville, IL office.

    Summary: Primary responsibility is to provide customer service and support to field sales personnel.

    Responsibilities

    • Receive and resolve complex transactional information from field sales personnel
    • Customer application and contract administration including exercising proper due diligence of documentation and audits
    • Accurate entry and resolution of transactional information received into designated systems

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Four year college degree
    • One to three years of finance company related experience preferred
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload with multiple tasks
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to build effective relationships and be a team player
    • Meet or exceed targeted call quality assurance and other performance requirements

    Working Environment/Hours: 10:30am-7:00pm Mon –Fri, must be flexible with working hours and an occasional Saturday. Office environment.
