  • Overview

    Provide temporary, part-time administrative support for the Corporate Marketing Group. Anticipated 20-30 hours a week. Responsibilities will include creating and updating preparation materials for internal and external events, proofreading materials, and researching market and product related topics. This position will also include other various administrative duties such as writing, filing, data entry, meeting set-up with the ability to multi-task and quickly change direction as needed. This position ensures the group’s workflow runs smoothly and all deadlines are met while always representing the Company in a professional manner.


    • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
    • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent writing, verbal communications, proofreading and grammar skills
    • Willing to learn programs and software such as Adobe and Survey Monkey
