Location: Manchester, NH - Northeast Region
Serve as general manager of a single Franchisee Performance Team (FPT) with ultimate responsibility for FPT and franchisee sales, profit and turnover. Work hands-on with franchisees to create sales goals and strategies and coach them on financial aspects of the business. Partner with recruiters to identify and select franchisees with the right skills and abilities to be successful. Monitor franchisee compliance. Serve as FPT leader by providing direct supervision and coaching to FPT members and maintaining ultimate decision-making responsibility for the FPT.
Supervise other FPT team members, including but not limited to the following activities:
Manage recruiting for FPT
Franchisee Business Planning
Manage franchisee turnover and increase franchisee profitability for FPT
Franchisee Development and Compliance
