    Location: Kenosha, WI - Corporate Headquarters

     

    Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities within the parameters of the Snap-on Tools Digital Marketing program. Responsibilities include developing and delivering all social media content to franchisees and customers, producing and distributing digital posts, monitoring social media presence and responding appropriately to online communities.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to optimize marketing effectiveness and enhance stakeholders’ experience
    • Pursue innovation in the digital media landscape and leverage it to drive positive financial results
    • Generate, edit and publish high-quality content (original text, images, video or HTML) on a daily basis that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
    • Moderate user-generated content consistent with the moderation policy for each community
    • Create editorial calendars and post schedules
    • Monitor company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction and customer service with franchisees and community
    • Analyze appropriate social media data and metrics, and make recommendations on social media content and strategies. Track performance and implement necessary changes
    • Develop franchisee social media training content
    • Maintain relationships with outside agencies and manage project budgets
    • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
    • Assist with logistics planning and support for organizational events and with executive briefing binders
    • Execute other projects as required 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field require
    • Creativity and a strong sense of design; Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Acrobat
    •  5-7 years of proven work experience in digital/social media marketing
    • Demonstrable experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube
    • Demonstrable experience leveraging social media management and analytics tools with platforms such as Spredfast
    •  Attention to detail – taking care with details from ideation to program execution
    • Strong grammar and proofreading skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently while managing work load and meeting deadlines
    • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain positive relationships
    • Ability to travel and work flexible hours when needed
