  • Overview

    Position Summary: Conduct Extended Credit (EC) audits of open and “at-risk” routes to validate compliance of contract terms and conditions while verifying account/customer information. Carry out compliance tasks requiring independent judgment in a high volume and fast paced environment.


    Major Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service while conducting phone audits to obtain and verify account/customer information
    • Monitor for compliance as it relates to the Franchisee Service Agreement
    • Monitor for compliance as it relates to the Credit Sale Contract
    • Monitor for compliance as it relates to the Credit Application
    • Report comprehensive audit results in a timely and accurate manner per policy and guidelines
    • Help manage and process all Automated Credit Dispute Verifications (ACDV’s) with respect to EC, Franchise Finance (FF), & Lease accounts
    • Provide operational support for various compliance and audit functions related to the portfolios
    • Supporting the department as needed on special projects



    • Demonstrate effective communication by listening attentively, speaking in a calm and confident tone, and conveying written communication that is clear and free from errors
    • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Handle a high call volume while maintaining quality
    • High school diploma earned plus 1-3 years of experience in a credit environment
    • Excellent computer skills and experience in using Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel and Word)

    Functional Expertise (through experience) and/or Education in:

    • Customer Service experience required
    • Knowledge and experience with credit reporting laws is a plus
    • Read and understand the Franchisee Servicing Agreement
    • Read and understand the Credit Sale Contract
    • Read and understand the Application for Business Credit
    • Read and understand the Audit Guidelines
    • Read and understand the US Extended Credit Audit Policy

    • Individual must maintain a positive attitude with the ability and willingness to function in a team environment
    • Conscientious and detail oriented, while maintaining an appropriate speed of processing
    • Self-starting problem solver, with the ability to identify issues and trends to bring them to management’s attention
    • Receptive to audit and coaching reviews

    Other Desirable Qualifications:

    • Second language proficiency in French and/or Spanish
