Overview

Provides customers with repair services, maintenance services and installation services.

 

Responsibilities

KEY TASKS

Repairs, maintains and installs equipment in assigned territory.   Follow clearly established standards for repair protocol, response times prioritization and customer communications.

Resolves customer problems and ensures customer satisfaction.

Sells contracts, updates/upgrades and parts in assigned territory.

Calls on customer prior to warranty or contract termination date.

Makes cold calls to pursue the sale of service contracts.

Schedules regular site visits with customers.

Assists with collection of outstanding receivables.

Administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

Associates Degree in a technical field, military training or equivalent with 1-5 years of experience.

Basic knowledge of pneumatics.

Computer literacy.

Basic knowledge of automotive operations.

Knowledge of all products serviced by EquiServ as well as knowledge of all internal procedures.

Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in an environment where frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting and fine manipulation are required.

Strong communication skills.

Must possess a valid driver’s license.
