  • Overview

    The Manager, International Tax, will be primarily responsible for maintaining transfer pricing and BEPS Action 13 requirements. This individual will also be in charge of the preparation and review of calculations and tax returns in a support role for international aspects of tax accounting and tax compliance processes, including preparation of tax disclosures in a 10-K and 10-Q filings. This position will report to Director, International Tax. 


    • Responsible for global transfer pricing planning, execution, reporting and audits, coordination with advisors
    • Manage BEPS reporting process
    • Responsible for US taxation of all international entities, from both a compliance and provision perspective
    • Coordinate tax accounting activities of a multinational enterprise's international entities, including review of tax account roll forwards, provision-to-return analyses, foreign tax packages, and annual provision
    • Research, analyze and model the impact of law changes as well as international planning opportunities 
    • Assist in other domestic and international projects as needed


    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics with a minimum of 5 years relevant international tax experience in a public accounting firm and/or large multinational corporate tax department
    • CPA preferred, but not required
    • Advanced Degree (MBA, MS, MST, JD, LLM) preferred, but not required
    • Strong foundation of transfer pricing technical, analytical and compliance skills and experience
    • Experience with ASC 740
    • Experience with implementation of tax-specific software solution 
    • Exhibit strong analytical thinking, ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
    • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
    • High degree of accuracy and proven ability to meet deadlines in a time sensitive environment
    • Highest standards of integrity, business controls and business practices
    • Ability to embrace change and be flexible to changing business needs and scrutinize, challenge, and propose change to existing process and procedures
    • Must be a team player
    • Working knowledge of HFM, and Corptax applications, as well as other financial reporting tools to gather appropriate financial data
    • Strong Excel and Word proficiency; Advanced data analytics and financial modeling in Excel
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with others
    • Ability to manage 3rd party service providers
