This position will rotate between the receiving and shipping tasks. Responsible for the receipt and data entry of incoming repair service orders. Will handle customer service inquiries and other general office duties. Will prepare and process completed repairs for return shipment to the customer. Work with minimal assistance and supervision to meet performance standards for the repair center, bringing questionable cases to management’s attention.
Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI)
Carry out ISO14000 Environmental, Hygiene, and Safety duties as required by the repair center
Know applicable QFS policies as they relate to the work instructions
One year of experience in shipping and receiving, customer service and data entry environment preferred
