This Associate Business Systems Analyst position will be working for Corporate IT and will be focused on delivering custom application solutions for a variety of business disciplines.  These custom applications are deployed globally and include e-commerce websites, punchout and cXML integrations, mobile applications, manufacturing efficiency solutions, point of sale systems, custom CRM applications, and general business automation strategies and solutions.  The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a drive to learn and is passionate about new technologies and leveraging them to add value.

  • Perform business requirements analysis for new or existing systems
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement
  • Effectively extract functional requirements from cross-functional teams and management
  • Document requirements and analysis findings in functional specifications for development
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Perform user acceptance testing
  • Update, implement, and maintain SOPs and procedures
  • Assist in providing support to an existing suite of applications


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience with technical business analysis preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with AngularJS, REACT, and XML programming languages
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions
  • Tableau experience is a huge plus
