The Business Information Specialist will be responsible for all Equipment Solutions (EQS) reporting to our customers. The specialist must have great attention to detail and constantly verifying the integrity of the numbers. The specialist must work with EQS management, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and suppliers to understand requirements and deliver useful data.

1st Shift opening:  6am - 2pm $37.41/hour   The CNC Repair associate is required to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components on CNC equipment.  

2nd shift opening:   2:00pm - 10:00pm $27.64/hour   If you are mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work and troubleshooting, this could be your ideal job! We are looking for a person with CNC or manual machining experience with a strong mechanical/machining ability to set-up, run and troubleshoot machines. 

3rd shift opening:   10:00pm - 6:00am $27.64/hour   If you are mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work and troubleshooting, this could be your ideal job! This position is located onsite at the Corporate Headquarters located in Kenosha, WI.   Position Summary/Key Objectives Assist the Indirect Tax team with various sales and use tax tasks and projects including filing business licenses, annual reports, researching sales and use tax topics, completing sales tax exemption forms, and other projects as needed. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP – BILINGUAL FRENCH-CANADIAN LOCATION:  KENOSHA, WI  Monday thru Friday, in office.  Start and End hours can range between 7am – 7pm. Note: Training approx. 8am-4:30pm-we can be flexible.   

Customer service representatives interface directly with customers, assisting them with product information, selection and order processing. This activity is conducted in a professional and friendly manner, requiring the ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment while managing the customer expectations and making on-the-spot decisions. Additionally, work with suppliers to place orders and follow-up with deliveries. Beyond customer service, the position includes broad responsibility for basic account procedures and supporting various telephone campaigns.

The loan tool specialist is an excellent problem solver, mechanically inclined and has basic knowledge of tools and equipment. Responsible for the inventory of all loan tools, distributing, collecting, inspecting, ordering, and recording of tools loaned. Required to perform normal warehouse functions including picking orders, shipping, and receiving.
