Customer Service-Technical is the first line of defense for our customers calling in that are having mechanical difficulties with the operation of our brake lathe equipment. These calls are critical as most often they are in the middle of repairing a customer’s vehicle and we need to get their equipment back up and running to maintain a positive experience for their customers as well.
