Customer service representatives interface directly with customers, assisting them with product information, selection and order processing. This activity is conducted in a professional and friendly manner, requiring the ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment while managing the customer expectations and making on-the-spot decisions. Additionally, work with suppliers to place orders and follow-up with deliveries. Beyond customer service, the position includes broad responsibility for basic account procedures and supporting various telephone campaigns.
The Customer Support Specialist interfaces directly with customers, assisting them with product information, order processing, general inquiries, and problem resolution. The primary focus is on OE program support, with an additional focus on Special Markets customers. This includes Insurance Replacement and Fleet Sales. To support the programs, this role will also work directly with suppliers to place orders and help manage customer expectations. The associate will also need a basic understanding of account procedures and processes.

Snap-on Tools in Algona, Iowa (manufacturer of tool storage) is searching for an Electronics Technician for mulitple shift facility that is responsible for supporting and maintaining facility, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems for our 2nd shift operations. Perform a wide variety of repair, maintenance, preventive maintenance and installation tasks. Perform work based on verbal instructions, sketches, diagrams from service manuals, and blueprints. Must perform inspection of machinery, analyze the problem, and make the necessary repairs to enable the machine to be placed back into production.
