An Engineering Technician creates drawings and CNC programs using the provided CAD/CAM software. This individual should also be familiar with CNC based G-Code/M-Code and should be able to perform post-process editing. An Engineering Technician should be proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, and Word). Be able to determine the manufacturing process of a new product from the fixture/work holding stage to the finish product is essential for this position.
2nd shift opportunity - 2 pm to 10 pm
Location: Kenosha, WI, Onsite M-F, 8a-5p-flexible.
Review purchasing contracts related to the delivery of goods, arrange for just in time delivery, and meet strict deadlines. Control the shipment of parcels within a specific time frame.
KEY TASKS
· Perform all administrative tasks required to operate the physical facility in Lincolnshire, IL, including, but not limited to, the following:
o Building Maintenance
o Building Security (Card Access, Cameras, Keys)
o Shipping / Receiving
o Landscaping / Snow Removal
o Supplies Management
o Budget Control & Monitoring
· Manage all supplier relationships and serve as principal supplier interface for the Lincolnshire facility
· Facility EH&S / Hazardous Material Coordinator supporting ISO systems as required (ISO14001)
· Facility Safety Coordinator
o Safety Committee leadership
o Safety Training
o Facilitate Building Safety Inspections
· With the supervision of the Senior Mgr- Global QA & Safety, put in place and maintain all supplier agreements required to operate and maintain the Lincolnshire facility and grounds
o Review existing contracts
o Research and find replacement suppliers where necessary
o Be involved in contract negotiations where appropriate
· Review all invoices related to the Lincolnshire facility for correctness
· Payment of all costs/invoices related to the management of the facility
· Assist HR Manager with Admin tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Some college with facilities management experience acceptable
Years of Experience:
· 2– 5 in facilities management
Other Requirements:
· Flexibility to work additional hours when necessary

About the Role:
We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales by prospecting for new leads, qualifying opportunities, and converting them into satisfied customers.
Responsible for contacting new accounts within the first month, in order to ensure a seamless transition to M1 products and solidifying new business sales. Ensure customer is aware and able to use all the functionality of our products. Provide critical support to new customers in order to prevent cancellations during the first 30 days of subscription. Actively work on retaining new business sales, and work to save any customer who is requesting to cancel during their opt out period. Utilize patience, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills to provide world class service and support to our new customers.
The Item Master/ECN Coordinator will create and manage all product data for the Sturtevant Richmont/Carol Stream team. This person will create and update product BOM and routing setups, item changes, and cost rolls in the corporate system. This person is the key contact with corporate Item Master teams. In addition, the Item Master/ECN Coordinator will assist engineering with product cost development, BOM creation, and cost rolls. This role will also handle the engineering document control and engineering change notice processes.
